Initial Start Date - (16 /Nov/ 2016) - This sub-structure work will no doubt play into both retention and maintainance of this (or any) language, but I see the issue...as Lewis says, "figure out what you want the language for...that is a big part of retention, not just acquisition, in my opinion.
