Initial Start Date - (16 /Nov/ 2016) - I learned from another writer that the best way to do big projects is to organize "top down" first, and then flesh out the specifics "bottom up". This is a common way to write computer programs.

I found the stages of change model a great place to start on the "top down-bottom up approach in a small and tentative way, so I did not create a system big enough to run General Motors at the outset.

Having a website in place and having several componant parts available,made it the logical candidate for my dual overview system being maintained while the smaller detail was attended to - no getting lost in the woods hopefully.

Benny Lewis' book Fluent in 3 months, with the caveat that the first additional language might take 6 because of all the systems which need tweaking, has proved to be right
