“Big Picture’s Task” [Kingdom-layer reflections on ‘Health and Wellness’ series - FX]

If you can keep your focus fixed
Upon your part, you’ll be less tricked
Into “Quick fix” which “You can do”
(Like chicken soup from mom, for flu).

What you are up against most days,
Is way upstream, where action pays
Rich dividends for one and all –
In “soil” – supporting tree that’s tall.

“It’s easy!” (from the TV yarns
Of hospitals – with codes, alarms,
And hustle in emergencies),
We say when crisis all can see.

But others, better trained at that,
Work at “front-lines” – are better at
Those crises-cases we all see
In life, in news, in tragedy.

But there’s a gap which can be filled
By one and all, so folks aren’t killed
More slowly than when hit by bus –
It’s “chronic” not “acute” type muss.

The trick of helping out in this,
Is work upstream, with heaven’s kiss –
Assisting change in course of life,
Made long before – averting strife.

If plane is off by one degree
En route to Honolulu – see,
It then will miss – two hundred miles
From airport; welcome hula style.

So tweaking course long years before
Is what we do – must know the score –
So focus of your work each day,
In tweaking lifestyle, diet, play.

Thanks Lord for this.
