Christ Jesus says – “It’s not a breeze –“To do what’s better left for now;
Hit where it’s easy – that allows
Success to reign, not crushed defeat
For resource spent – it’s wins we seek.So let Me pick the battlegrounds,
In ways I see, where victory’s found
To easy be – rock on an egg –
Ker-splat – beats foolish plans pre-laid.”Lord, as I think on how You lead
This Motley crew, and what You need
In us, as we on Kingdom-layer
Now get involved to answer prayer –As part of body-life in You;
To other parts we now get used
To operating as a team.
In You; where vict’ry once has been –And will again see light of day,
As we engage in Kingdom-play
Out on some field, there showing care
You’d have delivered – well prepared –And yet so formless – no one sees
What You desire from likes of me;
Old satan with his twisted ways
Cannot detect what pathway lays –Before him, through the likes of me –
Quite ordinary folks he sees,
For that we are – one difference, though,
In You, we’ve leader in the know.It matters not where ball is passed;
We run and stretch to make the catch,
Then pass it on – two teams at play –
