“Merchant Marine” (1 Corinthians 15:24-28; Revelation 21; Deuteronomy 30:19; Hebrews 3:13; Matthew 20:28 ) [Reflections on Sun Tsu's Art Of War #12-1A-3]

The merchant Marine to Canuks was seen
Not really at war, for they carried stores;
Yet sailors went down, “For God and the crown”
Took years ’till we saw, and ramped up the law.

Sun Tsu said third way, to make fire pay
As weapon of war, was transport of stores –
Supply trains maintain, the front-lines of pain;
Unseen they fulfill their men’s needs – they fill –

Up bellies with food by cooks that are good,
Who need pots and pans in faraway lands;
Men need tents and tarps, once Army embarks
On long-term advance, by plan or by chance.

So knock out their trains (and now supply-planes);
Equipment to live, a fire-kicking give;
It may take a while, is lacking in style,
But it turns around a battle, once found.

Lord, satan’s supplies, to bystanders’ eyes,
Are far out of sight, not in marquis lights;
But they bid me ask, when You give a task,
Are these paltry ways, You hasten the day –

When Your task is done, and Kingdom has come?
So much to reflect on once we select
A Kingdom-life now – a bit more of how
You conduct Your task, and Satan You trash.

“Stu, you get the point, all tasks I anoint
Are done for the Boss without needless cost
For foodstuffs and pans, dispersed through the lands
For living, are given, for which man has striven.

“It’s satan who mocks, and wallows in talk
Of evil and greed – ‘Gain more than you need;
Store all surplus up, far more than enough;
Too bad if poor die – for you’re a nice guy’.

“That’s never My wish, to lose food or dish;
Destruction of tents, to fire-resource sent;
That’s not Eden’s way, or Kingdom’s today;
So I don’t fund sin, or warfare begin.

“But I won’t back down, surrender My crown
To evil’s thin gruel, or methods so cruel;
My love will win out, of that there’s no doubt;
So choose sides, my friend – ’till this nonsense and.”

Okay Lord thanks for this.
