“Too Tight A Fit”
I’m terrified, O Lord, my God,
Which, on the whole seems rather odd;
What is it Father-God? I ask,
As I gear up for brand new task?“It's okay Stu, just hold the course
You’ve lots to do – you’ll be resourced
In ways you cannot fathom, yet,
All in good time you’ll be all set.For this is wacky-doodle time
As you set out as child of mine
Into new tasks, and ways and means
Will each emerge, and what each seems –“Will slowly merge with what you know
And you’ll press on to big T.O.
As you’ve been asked, so don’t despair
This far exceeds first shift’s repair”.Okay, O Father, I see now
Time span’s too short, does not allow
Me to stretch out, too tight a fit;
So wonder-world can there exist.Okay Holy Spirit thanks for this.
