“Voice”

Turns out that she first cousin was,
With forty-two descendants, ’cause
Big families were the order of
The day for Baby Boomers – was –

Quite common; then dropped rapidly,
As social change (affecting me)
Made shifts and moves for all of us;
Quite fascinating here, because –

Our roads ran parallel; diverged,
In summer woods, though now converge,
As Sun Tzu got kinks ironed out,
And he took Jewish righteous-route.

Two men, two voices, quite distinct;
Both seek a helpful tome to ink;
Well, mine’s a set, while he’s succinct,
The goals are similar, I think.

But voices are distinct I’d say
As Stephie noted, “Speak your way,
And sheep will hear each shepherd’s voice
Above the din of Digi-noise.

So thank You Father for this Word
I’ve through You, Holy Spirit heard –
That my voice will speak into hearts
At first of journey, where life starts.

But it assures me there are lots
Who speak to those no longer tots,
Within the business-life of which
We aim to help – with books enrich.

Thanks Holy Spirit for this.
