You gave me hope through many days;
In past, Your hope in hopeless, placed
Your Spirit; rescued me from sin;
Gave me new place to life begin.Inspired by Church of Savior, then,
I tried to make my version – send
Folks into life (skip in their steps),
Which worked sometimes (“Seen nothing yet!”).So there’s my life, with story laid
Out as instructed on Your page;
It’s clearly marked, with hope infused
Into my being, often used.But here we are – my hopeful life,
Amidst this hopeless scene of strife;
Thanks Lord for this amazing way
You’ve cleared my mind and heart today.Thanks Lord for this.
