“Where To look?”

Routine says, “Take some time to see
What You’ve been up to as we sleep;
So where to look? (I've not a clue –
Not something I was wont to do!).

“Well, Stu, just take a look around
Your office, say – that’s holy ground;
And you’re on ‘Holy-days – day one’
So start with that, now song’s been sung.”

Okay, O Lord, so look at home?
“No, office part, before you roam
Into that larger world of yours
Well, Mine, in fact, despite allures –

“Of all and sundry, this and that –
For you, in there I have your task;
So sit back, take your look around,
There in your space-ship’s holy ground.”

Later
I looked around – saw “watch” on wrist,
And background shape, and plate I’d missed;
Not much more there – but then a thought –
If nothing’s seen as done, by God –

Then maybe that’s some little thing
He’s left for me – place to begin –
Like Alz I found, or broken knee
Do what they can’t – rest, wait, and see.

Is that the point? O Spirit, Dove?
“Hang loose, first look what’s done in love,
Then make a list – what’s left to do?
Then start right there, that’s meant for Stu?”

“Okay, there Stu, what’s next on list?
‘Hike around the block, see what’s been missed.’
“Well, do it man – clear cobwebs out
Before you start your morning route.”

Okay Holy Spirit thanks for this.
