“The Fire Hose” (Stephie - Roadmap Series)

About that fire-hose you’ve got –
It puts me squarely on the spot
Of drinking full-on blasted ways,
In measured time in which it pays –

To use your services or goods,
When I have still not understood
Your range, or what applies to me
At stage I’m at – most fittingly.

Like – “Thirty days to try it out”,
Is good for you, perhaps, but route
To my success it might derail,
If I take up your proffered sale.

It might be better if you said,
“When you are ready”, you’ll be fed
With what is better, best – but ‘good’
Is for first stages – understood?

“So when you’re ready, contact me,
And then we’ll talk – best fit we’ll see,
So we get you to end with speed,
Addressing thus – your greatest need.”
