“Dumb One! (Whatever That Means)” (THSFT)
My shock at first, "Confronting" was, I'd say;
My comment was well-meant (another way),
And yet mixed-motives showed the instant read;
Was humbled as from cliff-face I was led.“So what you learn there Stuie-babe? I ask”
To knock it off, withdraw, and do my task,
Without the groupie-fanfare of that scene;
Nor bridging-efforts for which twist has been –In recent days, as rooted in my past;
Some situations best to leave, and fast;
“The wiles of married women, watch, there Stu,
For they outsmart that weak defense in you."“For you're not God the Father – even He
Has had his hands full since deceiver’s been;
Though Christ’s in you, reverse is still not true –
So watch yourself – there’s plenty here that’s new.“And Holy Spirit, Me, your guide today –
Component part, is choice for you each day;
That never ends, it can't, so you must choose
To walk My way, in everything, or lose.“Without that part, coercion is in play;
That's satan's method of which I must say,
It's “nasty, brutish, short” as noted well,
’Bout life folks live in sliced up bits of hell.“So what have you seen thus far, Stuie Babe?
As I explain the path, that's here displayed?”
That shock and awe still linger in my heart –
As I prepare to land, deployment start.“Okay – well that’s a part of what's ahead;
You’ve lots to learn twixt now and time you're dead;
So let's move on to looking at next part
