“The Way Made Clear”

Awoke this morning, anxious here
As colonoscopy draws the near;
I’m always nervous at this point,
As cancer-screening tests anoint –

My consciousness with world I’m in –
This center-point midst pinwheel’s spin;
O Holy Spirit deal with me
As we abide this boisterous see.
