“Frost’s Road In The Autumn” [A-Series]
I'd walked quite far along “It doesn't matter”,
The road our heads can walk one autumn day;
For chronic illness wears the will to struggle,
’Till bugle's wake-up calls to other way.Frost, looking back, agreed about the difference
From choice made long ago, in summer wood;
But at the other end of summer's journey,
Comes autumn's choice, which Frost mis-understood?O Holy Spirit, thanks for morning's music,
A chance again to take this less-worn path;
I pray for guidance now, and strength to follow –
Graced to Your target-island-home at last.Thanks Holy Spirit for this.
