“On The Brink Of Global Winter ” (On first encountering the photo work of Cara Ramiro ) [Interpretive Photography Series #1 ]
Her profile pic’s what says it most
To me as guest, and she as host –
Expressive – proud, with wounded grace;
White beads, black hair – defiant face.She spoke of where she’s been and gone,
As life for her has moved along;
Amazing depth of here and now,
While words express a part of how –She longs to bring two sides to piece (sic)
’Fore planetary life will cease
From faulty ways, approaches here,
Spread far and wide through global tears.I liked her notion – things move on
As stories, songs, from days long gone
First form, re-form, then form again,
So hope wells up through autumn rain.[Thanks Cara for your coming into my life with fresh views of our lives together on “Turtle Island”.]
Thanks Holy Spirit for this – all this!
