"30-60-100-fold"  [Reflections On Book  The The Book Of Philippians  (Phil. 2:19-30; Matt.Ch.13)

When he returns, it’s “final” time –
As pilots say, “Will I land fine?”
“Or bounce?” “Do touch and go around?”
“Last chance – will I be mission bound?”

The second time we go back there,
Reception cannot be compared
To anything to date we’ve seen,
For now it’s firm that we are keen.

But even more, when we move there;
Like Damien, toss off our care;
With leper-kiss as danger pay,
That we might sail in freedom’s way.

My grandpa had a chance to go,
But looked around, in end said, “No,
It matters not what piece of turf
We use for ministry on earth”.

But even moreso here, today,
With “Udemy” we each can stay
At home or in some foreign field,
And feed the hungry, harvest yield.

So cue the gardener; prep the soil;
Seed scatter, start unending toil;
Net-node (or two) exists in town;
Resource can’t keep a good man down.

Eight thousand pages on my site,
With tools and insights for the fight
For justice in our mission field –
Cue gardner – see what crop will yield.

Thanks Lord for this.
