“The Kingdom’s back” that’s word we preach;
Disciple (mentor) those we reach,
By teaching what Christ means to us –
And ease the lives of neighbors, thus.Time saver? That’s a use of time!
A waste, some say – most folks are blind!
Why struggle thus to educate
Half-dead and dying – why awake?Because were in community,
Which helps or hinders life we see;
If we can help folks to address
Their messed-up lives, it’s for the best.For then they’ll grow up into Christ,
Stop messing up, start being nice;
Now that can hugely save us time –
I know, for one, it’s helped out mine.Thanks Lord for this.
