Through photos we can come to know ourselves
By asking, “Where is it I like to delve?”
Or, looking at collections of our pix,
Ask, “What is shown of me I need to fix?”Our point-of-view shows through in any case –
“Community’s in fragments around this place”;
Or “People are abusive by and large”;
Or, “God is here, His Spirit is in charge”.Some subject will be treated different ways
By people with each outlook, which then says –
Perhaps it’s best we see and understand
Just how we think, as we before them stand.Good photos clearly state our point-of-view;
We change in time, then everything is new;
Our subjects change as well – so each new pix
Has freshness we can capture with our clicks.Thanks Lord for this.
