"Kingdom Life" [Module#455] (Matt.21:16-20)
The Kingdom is not all there is –
For me it’s like pop-bottle’s fizz;
It gives a place for me to stand,
And be of help throughout the land.Take yesterday (or day before) –
I spoke of Kingdom, nothing more;
She could not see (not born again?);
No way that I could make it plain.Then he showed up but culture’s layer
Revealed to me in time of prayer
A better link might be for him
To take first action – steps begin.So in my journey back at first –
This slow maturing slacked my thirst;
It couldn’t hurry, I took the time
To integrate and make it mine.Lord for Your mercies – I now think,
My resurrection; pull from the brink;
My slow maturing within Your care –
My thanks I’m giving for being there.Thanks Lord for this.
