"Doing The Tough Parts" [Module#440] (Matt.26:37-38 etc.)
“Give Me the heads up when they come,
Not that I mean I want to run,
More that I wish to focus down
On this impeding piece of ground.”So Jesus let three watch and pray;
Big supper done, and longest day,
Meant they were weary at their post –
All fell asleep – their leader toast.Roadblocks abound on earthly layer –
His twelve Apostles, not in prayer,
Could not perceive impending doom;
Into their lives gave Satan room.Room to run tests on how full grown;
Room to observe if seed once sown
Had now matured, or was soul-soil
Still needing cleansing, time, and toil.This is the point I started in
life – interactive-prayer begins
Not like I got hit suddenly,
Start of life interactively.I needed help with TCK;
It soon resolved, let power’s sway
Sweep into life; things turned around
Up to this point – the Kingdom’s ground.From faith to faith a journey flows –
Grace for today through what one knows;
We need not eat tomorrow’s cheese;
Like Christ, do tough parts on our knees.Thanks Lord for this.
