"John's Tests Of Life" [Module#377] ( John 12:44-47)
Up on the Kingdom-layer where life of freedom reigns,
Three aspects can be tested, wrote John in words the same –
Enlightened? and begotten? God dwelling in your hearts?
Well, those three can be tested, the test is in three parts:Part one for all three aspects, “Is light you tread God’s pool?
Part two, (again all aspects), do you obey His rule?
Part three, do you believe in the Lord, whose name is Christ?
If not, your claim’s baloney, though you, I’m sure are nice.For nice is how life’s done here, it dates back to the Scots
Whose Lairds ripped off their people by seizing crofters’ lots;
But they played role of good guy, played down their new-found wealth;
“Hail fellow, I’m your buddy”, “Why let’s drink to your health”.Not much has changed for decades, we’re pretty much the same;
We play King of the Mountain (Sun Tzu’s the Chinese name);
Lord, now we’er on this layer, we’re not sure what to do;
Please help us shift the vision to one that’s held by You.Thanks Lord for this.
