“I’ll Never See” (Matt. 21:23f; 7:6; Mark 11:27; Luke 20:1ff) [Module #293]

“There is a life I’ll never see ’round here,”
Christ Jesus said, “’till Kingdom does appear
For all mankind, as all men come to Me –
For in My light God’s glory they shall see.

“It cannot be, for this will be the time
When roads divide, what’s yours cannot be Mine;
It’s been a slice, I hope truth does appear
For you afar, as for the folks so near.

“I do not fear, though do not like all this;
I will not run, for Kingdom-life I’d miss;
The freedom’s Mine, and yours if you will be
Part of the layer of Kingdom-life in Me.

“The church, you see – my body they will be;
On Kingdom-layer, new freedom they will see;
Though they appear to hang out in the world –
One step removed, they’re freed from endless whirl.”

O Lord, I pray for those whose life is tough;
Who struggle here, who cry to You, “Enough!”
Help me respond to those who touch such lives,
That they might share Your love, and thus survive.

Authority? It’s there for all your friends
Until we die, and life among them ends;
Thanks Father now for life You gave to me,
And Kingdom-layer – which freedom brought to be.

Thanks Lord for this.
