Church Belles
The curve is bell-shaped – normal that;
The slope at first is pretty flat,
Then rising fast it curves around
The bulk of churches – most are found –There in the middle – muddling,
Around the pond they’re huddling;
Some never dipped, or sprinkled, poured
Upon as following the Lord.But then the slope moves out ahead –
“That number” – counted ’fore their dead,
Who scorned not death upon some cross;
Let go of all as business cost.Descending slope then flattens out –
“Outliers” term, for there some doubt
That they’re for real – the mean and mean
Are meanings for the rest it seems.Thanks for this Lord.
