"There is a Light In Life"  [Module #110] (John 8: 12)

There’s light in life which impacts me
In Murray’s word – that I can be
In Christ an inter-active type;
As Spirit-walker – it’s all right.

Sometimes I freak out looking down,
Or even looking all around;
But when it’s up I cast my gaze,
It’s once again I am amazed –

That life is working – not from me,
But what is working’s more that He
Has things He’d like to do through me –
My task? Just stay in him and see –

Salvation God hath wrought today,
In ways I’d never guess, but hey!
He’s got things firmly in His grasp,
And as we ’bide in Him, I gasp–

For it fits in, in ways I see,
In retrospect, that I can be
Myself, including heritage,
As life now turns another page.

Augmented-text for novels, poems,
With prayer-dynamics as I roam
The world – one step away from base
I’ve always known to be my place.

Lord, thanks for view of road ahead,
As “twelve” wraps up, and I am fed
Sufficient to go seven-two
In inter-active life in You.

Lord, as life now unfolds for folks
At home and church – since I awoke
To rural life midst urban scene –
And inter-active I have been.

Thanks Lord for this.
