“To welcome newbies in His name”
I hunch will never be the same
As what I heard within these words –
Stand down, and wait for what is heard.I’d heard the “What would Jesus do?”
Or “Blessing be to him that’s new”,
But this is different – post the loop,
As Spirit-walker in a group –It’s Christ who’s heard; it’s Christ who’s there;
It’s Christ in us; through us Christ cares;
As we now live in Him each day,
All parts of life come into play –As contexts of Christ lived in us,
Through us, by us – that’s quite enough
For life – not active, passive voice,
But inter-active’s mode of choice.Thanks Lord for this.
