Turning Cheeper-CASIL Upside Down
I sorted out receipts one day (for income tax it’s time),
I found a hundred-dollar-bill I realized was mine;
A twenty too, like coins we found when cleaning house in spring,
The rule was “finders keepers” – vac’ing sofas made us sing.Then Cheaper Cheeper Copy danced with CASIL round the block,
We spent some precious hours, little action, mostly talk;
We used an old construction ’till we came upon a hitch,
Then backed right off, considered it, and then position switched.Now Cheeper has a ’brelly, and a base on which to stand,
A CASIL of protection, and some folks to lend a hand;
For Cheeper is the Phoenix, it’s the hen with golden eggs,
Controlling other functions as a head with arms and legs.Some people hire consultants; use a brain-trust strategy;
Some people contract services so savings they can see;
But I don’t know who gets a Co. to deal with golden eggs –
Now ownership connects the two – as head with arms and legs.So CASIL is the agency for Cheeper-phoenix-hen,
Providing central services; runs errands now and then;
Provides a buffer from the eggs; protects them from attack;
With Phoenix on the mountain top – so what ’cha think of that?To me it’s like the money which was lost among receipts;
There’s value in residuals as we this system tweak;
For CASIL had a vision helping people hit the road
Who animate community, assisting with their load.Arrangements? They can vary – symbiotic in this case –
Though contract, and outsourcing, owning shares, or loans in place,
Can serve to be the way the Phoenix deals with Golden eggs –
It’s flexible, yet firm enough, just like our arms and legs.navigation
