CASIL

Ten minutes till grandfather clock
Rings out the hour when shares are bought;
Ushers for us day-one on task –
Time when our opening vote is cast –

Then on from one, to two, to three,
As we gear up for action, we
Tease out a structured way to go –
Into the fray gift-wise to grow.

So much to learn in dojo space
Of self, and work which we've embraced;
Taken from theory, parts off shelf,
Things each has learned out by himself.

Tossed in the mix as needs arise
Build as we go, or as surmised:
Righteousness, joy, prosperity,
Harnessed to ingenuity.

Systems abound throughout the world,
Each with their nations’ flags unfurled,
Pouring new life into their mix,
Trying their broken world to fix.

Churches, and schools, and corporate biz,
Volunteers, folks where ruling is
Task which demands new ways to be
Good members of community –

All need some help, some time, somewhere;
That task's for us – that load of care:
Helping the helpers, broadly seen
Fulfill their tasks – behind, unseen.
